Outset off Halloween forenoon with a healthy and fun Breakfast Sandwich Monster. It's never more than important for kids to start their twenty-four hours with a nutritious breakfast than on a solar day when they'll spend the evening feasting on processed and holiday sweets, similar Oreo Truffle Spiders. These egg and cheese sandwiches  decorated with googly eyes and cheesy fangs would also exist a fun dish to serve at a monster themed Halloween party.

I dear to whip upward a breakfast sandwich in the morning time, and the other solar day I was eating i equally I was putting the finishing touches on some Rice Krispie Treat Monsters. As I looked downwards at my plate, I realized my sandwich with is shredded orange cheese looked a fleck similar my sweet monster care for. I stopped what I was doing and grabbed some pretzels, mozzarella cheese, and olives and rapidly turned my scrambled egg topped English muffin into a really beautiful monster. I knew every bit shortly as  my monster was complete that kids would dearest them for breakfast on Halloween or any day, really. I sure enjoyed eating mine.

Breakfast Sandwich Monster

Ingredients:

ane English Muffin, divide

two eggs, scrambled

3 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese

optional, ham, bacon, or sausage patty

4 pretzel sticks

5 mozzarella cheese assurance

half-dozen large black olives

Instructions:

Top ane one-half of the English muffin with a scrambled egg and meat, if using. Sprinkle on i 1/2 tablespoons of shredded cheese.

Cut the tips off iv of the olives and set the minor round pieces on a mozzarella brawl.

Insert a pretzel stick into each mozzarella stick.

Cutting thin strips of olives for the mouths.

Cutting the remaining mozzarella brawl into thin slices, and then cut out a few fangs.

Set two eyes on a plate. Set i scrambled egg and cheese topped English language muffin over the ends of the pretzel sticks. Add an olive oral cavity and some cheese fangs.

Serve hot.
